Beijing Ding Ding Future Technology Co., Ltd. has successfully completed the construction and upgrade of the telecom power supply system for the core equipment room of a major telecom carrier in Southeast Asia. The complete set of 48V high-frequency telecom DC power supply systems has officially passed acceptance and entered stable operation. The project was efficiently promoted from scheme design, equipment manufacturing and international logistics to on-site commissioning, effectively resolving the customer’s pain points including aging power supply, high energy consumption, and insufficient expansion capacity, providing safer, more energy-saving and intelligent power support for the local core communication network.

With the accelerated advancement of digitalization and 5G network construction, carrier core equipment rooms have put forward higher requirements for the reliability, power density and intelligence level of power supply systems. The customer’s original power supply equipment had been in operation for many years, facing problems such as low conversion efficiency, high heat dissipation costs, weak monitoring capabilities and limited expansion space, as well as multiple constraints including compact equipment room layout, rapid deployment and international certification compliance.

In response to the actual scenarios and stringent requirements of the customer, Ding Ding Future Technology provided an integrated high-reliability telecom power solution adopting an N+1 redundant architecture and modular hot-swappable design, equipped with an intelligent monitoring and management system to achieve stable and controllable full-link operation covering mains input, battery backup, load power distribution and remote operation and maintenance. The entire system features ultra-high conversion efficiency with remarkable energy-saving effects, and supports flexible expansion to meet the growth demand of network equipment in the coming years.

During project implementation, the company strictly followed international standards and export regulations. All equipment obtained relevant certifications, realizing efficient coordination from manufacturing, cross-border logistics to on-site installation and commissioning. The project was delivered within the agreed period and passed customer acceptance at one time. After being put into use, the power supply stability has been significantly improved with zero service interruption, while energy consumption and operation and maintenance costs have been notably reduced, and equipment room management has become more visualized and intelligent, highly recognized by the customer’s operation and maintenance team.
